Let me just say that the customer service that flexifoil provides is outstanding. Only this would make me buy (again) flexifoil products in the future as I believe that deciding to buy a product it's the easy think to do. To find a company that helps you swiftly when things start to go wrong it's very difficult. Flexifoil has just done that and therefore will be again my first choice on my future purchases.
Thanks for repairing the kite - looks perfect. I got it back today which was damn quick and a pleasant surprise.
Just a quick note to say thank you for the exceptional service you have provided. One broken kite sent out to you on Tuesday and returned by you on Friday, received Saturday, what more can you ask!!
