Josh was brought up on the coast of Newquay, Cornwall a couple of miles from the beach. Living there gave him the opportunity to try any Extreme sport he wanted. Having starting with surfing, he quickly moved onto the kite side of things.
Josh learnt to kite at the age of 8, and quickly progressed onto a Landboard and Buggy. Learning to kitesurf on a 2 line foil kite wasn't ideal, but it taught him the basics and allowed him to venture onto the more suitable kites. After riding a twin tip for a few years, he moved onto a surfboard, picking it up quickly due to his surfing experience.
He loves to hang around at the beach. Josh is currently teaching surfing and kitesurfing in Cornwall and am planning on traveling to new locations and teach abroad in the future! If Josh is not kiting or teaching, you will find him playing rugby or hanging around at the beach!
