Forest is a rookie on the way, in a big way. Kitesurfing on the beaches of Tarifa since he was 12, Forest has the ultimate attitude and ability to make a big impact in the world of kitesurfing freestyle. Flexifoil first saw Forest busting a massive blind judge on a 3m Atom in mental Fuerteventura winds during the 2008 PKRA. We knew he was on the way up at that point!
Born in Barbados to a French mother and Dutch father, he moved to the kite mecca of Tarifa in 2001. He has rubbed shoulders with the Pros since then and gleaned every bit of juicy information from them that he can. Forest was awarded Rookie of the year at the Kiteboard World Championships in Tarifa in 2008 and became European Junior Champion in 2009. I guarantee you this is not the last thing you will here of this young adrenaline junkie!
