
Flexifoil Repair Service
At Flexifoil, we are committed to ensuring that all our customers get maximum enjoyment out of our products. However, we know that accidents do happen. In recognition of this, Flexifoil have taken all the worry out of the possibility of damaging your new high performance kite by supplying a full repair service.
If your kite gets damaged at any stage during its life, this doesn't have to be the end of your fun. Most rips and tears are repairable and we offer a quick and inexpensive repair service to all our customers. We stock parts for all kites (even older models) and kites sent in for repairs are usually returned within 15 days of receipt. Please allow more time during peak periods.
All kites returned are examined individually and are repaired using methods which will maintain the performance and durability of your kite.
Please Note: If your kite has very sustained very small superficial damage (a rip of around 2cm or less in a "non-stress" area) you can repair this yourself with our ultra strong repair tape. (Available from Flexifoil dealers) Kites with larger rips or damage near "high-stress" areas should be returned to Flexifoil for repair.

If you are unfortunate enough to damage your new Flexifoil kite within one month of purchase (6 months for the Buzz), we will repair it free of charge. Even if it has been eaten by the dog!
The offer is limited to one free repair within the first month of purchase (6 months for the Buzz).
Flexifoil Repair Service
If you have owned your kite for longer than a month (or longer than 6 months for the Buzz), you can use our normal repair service for which there will be a small charge related to the amount of work we need to carry out.
Flexifoil cannot give estimated costs of repairs via e-mail or telephone. In order to cost the repair correctly we need to physically examine the kite to assess the damage and the required repair.
