Flexifoil Warranty

We go to great lengths to make every Flexifoil product as perfect as possible. But we’re only human, and the occasional problem slips through. If any of our products fail as a result of defective workmanship or faulty materials, we will replace them.

We can’t replace products that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect, that have been repaired or modified without the authorisation of Flexifoil or have been returned to Flexifoil without a valid receipt.

Special notes on flying lines - Flexifoil cannot replace flying lines that have been wrongly used, have become worn though normal use or have failed as a result of knots in the line. Always follow Flexifoil recommendations to ensure that flying lines of an appropriate strength are used.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.
